Originally developed as a chest for storing ropes and fenders on deck. Solid teak slatted construction allows air to blow through for drying. The Chest is ideal for storing blankets, barbecue accessories, laundry and similar items at home. The teak laid top is most attractive and practical as a seat anywhere. When used on deck, the bottom of the chest has been made so that it can be trimmed to fit the deck camber. The lid is fitted with solid brass hinges and a brass safety chain has been fitted to prevent it falling back. Complete with strong brass safety catches which can be fastened with padlocks. Finish is natural sanded teak.
