Besta AG è stato fondato nel 1966 come filiale di a100% di Bachofen che tiene l'AG in Uster. L'ottobre 2015 la società è stata fusa con la divisione di affari di automazione di Bachofen. I prodotti del livello, di flusso, di pressione e della temperatura di Trimod'Besta sono sviluppati e prodotti in Uster e si distribuiscono universalmente attraverso intorno 45 rappresentanti del paese. Circa 85% delle vendite del prodotto sono generati all'estero.
